LET’S LIE FOR DOLLARS AND POUNDS

On this site we have shown many of the lies being peddled by TB Joshua’s ex-disciples whom have form a bloc to rebel against TB Joshua and the SCOAN for failing to become either a Prophet or Prophetess. Some of the words used to address TB Joshua are so strong that we at Watching TB Joshua decided to take up the issue, digging deep into some of the issues raised by these so called ex-disciples, and men of God out of sheer jealousy.

Madeleine: A commenter on one of the blogs used to spread malicious and fabricated lies against TB Joshua and his ministry, she had this to say, “All information about TB Joshua that I have read from the Internet indicates that he is not accountable. I have also met a Nigerian church leader visiting England who has said exactly the same.”

Madeleine We don’t get it. Apart from God who called and commissioned him (TB Joshua), who do they want him to be accountable to? Let’s look at Jesus himself and the great men of God in the bible, there is something always unique about them and their calling, so also TB Joshua’s calling is unique. Talking about Nigeria Church Leaders, most of them belong to the PFN and have one way or the other gone to the media to make some despicable statements against TB Joshua and his ministry. The tone and style of some of the writings reveals a deep seated hatred for the Prophet. The writer of such despicable stories against the SCOAN does not even acknowledge the many good things Prophet TB Joshua is doing for Nigeria in particular and for humanity in general. Let’s not be blinded by myopic and false considerations! God alone is the supreme judge and the truth shall prevail! Dollars and Pounds do not allow them to say the truth.

Believe us when we say there are many things we would prefer to be doing than running this site – but if it can help save just a few people from the being deceived like somewhatsober,  a commenter who left a comment on our post titled Final Part – War in the Church, Many against TB Joshua saying; I confess to being guilty of believing the unqualified rumors against TB Joshua, to my shame I even name-called him in a most disrespectful way in a ANTI SCOAN SITE, having fallen for the lies. I needed those lies in order to satisfy my own failures at SCOAN. Click here to view the comment direct on our blog

The comment above was left by someone who was deceived by one of the blogs formed by ex-disciples of TB Joshua who were not sincere during their stay at the SCOAN, hence they failed.

Another commenter Kelly wrote on their blog:

You did not tell the world you were going to the SCOAN, so it will be ridiculous when you start telling the world that you left. Kelly Was referring to those who claimed they have wasted their time at SCOAN

After months of slander and defamation, Anti SCOAN Sites finally agrees there is no evidence to support their claim of sexual abuse charges against T.B. Joshua. This is funny considering the fact that they have heaped invectives, called him names and I am wondering why they have not rendered a formal apology to the man of God. In their latest article they said:

‘We’re not saying these allegations are definitely true – we’d have no evidence to support that claim.’

If they claim there is indeed no evidence to support their claims, why are they now saying the allegations must be ‘investigated?’  If they have evidence, it is incumbent upon them to provide them to the police to investigate, because you cannot investigate anything without evidence.

They must for once keep their mouths shut and concentrate on building their lives instead of becoming permanent bloggers. If their aim is to destroy the man of God then they have failed in their venture.

TB Joshua “I’am very, very sorry says Agomoh Paul” Now Exposed

You may have heard or seen one or two things about the ministry of and person of TB Joshua. Some may have been incredibly shocking and unbelievable to the eyes and ears. We live in a world where lies and falsehood reign. Watch this video to find out the truth and let the truth set you free!

Agomoh Paul wanted to be the one to be send to South Africa or London, but he was sent to GHANA he decided to rebel against the SCOAN. He teamed up with Bisola Johnson and Ladi Thompson to produce to their liers on the DVD they sold for $40.00 each

TB Joshua “The most needed”

Amidst all the imprudence of argument and controversy spurned by critics over TB Joshua’s prophecies on several SCOAN critic sites, we stumbled across two insightful responses to critics worthy of note on a SCOAN critic site, which the cynics just ignore, but would be treasured by people with a conscience, a heart for God and all things true.

When Will the world eventually Believe TB Joshua?

eyetbjoshua PERMALINK January 17, 2012 8:30 pm

People of this generation! We’ll never change. We’re just too blindfolded. When pharaoh heard there was a ‘boy’ who could interpret dreams he immediately sent for him cos he wanted whatever problem to be averted neglecting the caliber of person he was. And Claire you made mention that if he had given this prophecy in 2001 it would have been useful. But are you aware these prophecies were also given in 2008?

About economic crises?. Now is this the month of October 2011? These leaders are just like you guys who never believe until it happens. When are you guys ever going to believe this prophet? Even these same moderators analyzed his prophecies and told us it was more accurate/true than false. But why wouldn’t you guys accept the truth? Maybe you never watched that video. Cos he made mention of the scarcity of oil. And said even there wouldn’t be enough money to purchase oil. And before the prophecy TB Joshua kept advising Nigerians about the exchange of oil for dollars.

So he did mention the cause. And gave the way out. How can we call all these mere coincidence? As much as God would love to communicate His words to us, HE does it through His prophets. Or would u prefer Him to use stones? He did not speak to His people with Stones in the past. So He’ll not now.

World leaders meet on economic issues, But where are the Divine economists? Little wonder our the world economy is in a total mess now!

The Purpose Of TB Joshua’s World Prophecies

soe PERMALINK August 16, 2011 8:52 am

It’s logical to conclude that if God has shown TB Joshua these future events and disasters before they happen, it means God has also given him the SOLUTION and PRECAUTIONS if it is an imminent danger or a disaster- which is the real essence of these prophecies

So I think he gives the prophecies as he’s shown- which should get the attention of the people or nations concerned to seek COUNSEL of the LORD through him – or who else is better to seek counsel from than the one to whom it was revealed- just as pharaoh rightly knew that was why he said to Joseph:

“Since God has shown you all this, there is none as discerning and wise as you are. – Genesis 41:39-

Imagine pharaoh going ahead to consult the economists or food experts of his day on the way out of the imminent famine Joseph predicted? They would likely have suggested irrigation systems, or dry farming-and thus lead the world to starve to death.

But the one with divine insight knew the true extent of the famine- that nothing and nothing could be done except to store up food and preserve it.

If our leaders worldwide are going to save thousands of lives from natural disasters, save lots of money pumped into the relief of affected areas and companies save themselves huge losses etc. they should learn from pharaoh in the bible who when Joseph revealed the future disaster to happen to his nation to him, consulted him for a way out.

This is where our leaders and politicians are lacking today- Consulting the scientists and other experts (which is not wrong) but neglects prophets Like TB Joshua.

The details of his prophecies may not be enough to make everyone get the whole picture, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out from the abridged but explicit and sharp details he gives- that he knows more than he’s telling. Which he often hints by saying:

“God showed me the whole thing clearly” but “I will not say more than that”

personally I believe “God shows him everything about the event he prophesies about” but giving full details publicly could make some even allege that he himself caused the event to happen if it’s a disaster, so I think the abridged version is just a way of being careful when delivering such a sensitive message to the public.

A servant cannot be greater than his Master, the bible says;

Jesus did not say a word to the people without using a parable, but when he was alone with his disciples he explained everything” Mark 4:34

I very much believe he would go into the complete details if he met the people concerned.

No matter what we say here, one fact remains- prophets with such prophetic prowess like his appear only once in a while, we are yet to see any other like him, and the earlier we embrace” his gift” the better for all of us- with such prophets in our midst- it is needless recording thousands of lives lost in natural disasters Or nations nose diving into economic crisis and the likes, of him the saying is really true” a prophet to the nations”!

When the World would eventually Believe TB Joshua

With the counsel of prophets like him thousands of people should have long evacuated an area before an earthquake occurs, a tornado, tsunami, or fire would strike a place already empty of people. Planes that would crash would not even take off at all- etc. in the end thousands would be saved.

Setting the stage for humanities final performance” – if we continue to ignore this prophet on the impending economic crisis, the world may well be on the brink of doom, as Egypt would have been if they had ignored Joseph on the impending Famine.

Final Part – War in the Church, Many Against TB Joshua

The undiluted word of God has been taken over by the prosperity message being propounded by Kenneth Copeland and the likes which has now shamelessly reverberated across Europe and Africa. People do not worship God in Spirit and in

Kenneth Copeland

truth but now lean on their own understanding of what is good and just. The congregation is called onto give thousands within 24 hours in order to reap ten fold. The church is now operating as a National Lottery Company where people go on to stake money in order to win vast amounts of money.  The Church being a charity is exempted from paying taxes as such we all expect the church to be more involved in caring for both the physical and spiritual needs of the people.

We should endeavour to follow the foot steps of the orthodox churches because as missionaries  they  came down to Africa and made it a point to establish schools, health centres and hostels for caring of the destitute and the physically disabled in society. To be candid, most of our educated men and women in Africa who parade around with big titles benefited immensely from these churches. What have we also done to improve the quality of life to our kith and kin? I want the giants or the so called giants of the Pentecostal churches to start moving in the direction of investing in the welfare of their congregation and beyond, instead of becoming experts on fund raising. Fundraising has now become a

Eddie Long
Creflo Dollar

calling for some pastors and this is quite disturbing indeed.  Competition is rife among pastors each wanting to undo each other in both dressing and the number of cars and planes they have. A famous pastor in Ghana while opening a branch of his Church in Kumasi, Ghana had this to say, “No matter how rich you are in my church, I will not allow you to intimidate me with your wealth because you cannot even buy the perfume I use not to talk of the attire I wear,” he told the congregation at the church located at Abrepo. Hear him again, “As a Christian, you should wear the best of clothing, drive in expensive cars, and live in comfortable houses so that the glory of God could be seen in your life because the God you worship is very expensive,” he intimated. If this is a mentality of a man of God, then I plead with the God Almighty forgive us and deliver us from our sins. I am not writing to castigate this mighty man of God but every thing must be examined in the light of God’s word. Let’s ask ourselves, are his words biblical and in accordance with God’s word? With thatin mind we can get the answer. In London, I have virtually seen pastors begging visiting pastors from Nigeria and elsewhere to be their father in the Lord, some to the extent of

Ayo Oritsejafo

paying huge amount of monies for that purpose in order for to preach on the platforms of these maga pastors and to be introduced to their foreign contacts. A visiting pastor who used to frequent London from Wari, Nigeria on preaching engagements, stopped coming to London for a very long time because he fell out with the pastor of the largest African Charismatic church in London for referring to Eddie Long as his father in Christ, because according to him he helped him a great deal when he left the Four Square Church that brought him to London to form his now mega church in Walthamstow, London. This pastor has now resurfaced after many years of absence but still refuses to preach for this pastor in question. We Christians have forgotten the love of God that surpasses all understanding. We don’t have the love of God in us, darkness has overshadowed the light in us and unless we expunge the darkness in us by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (light) in us through prayers and the forgiveness of our sins we shall continue to be defeated souls. Let the love of God reign in us. Let us emulate Christ as Paul admonishes us to do.  We should also pray for our jet flying pastors with flamboyant lifestyles who have joined the ministry with the sole purpose of making financial gains in the mist of squalor and poverty among the general population.

Though we Pentecostals or charisma tics lambast and make a mockery of the Catholics and the other churches, we have not been able to be in the fore front of outdoing them in giving to the needy. The only notable example of a giving Prophet is T.B. Joshua. He stands over and above his compatriots. Giving has become part of his life and that of his ministry. He as a pastor does not vilify the Catholic Church or any other faith but insist on people having a personal relationship with the father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the God of glory. To examine whether a pastor is genuine or not, listen to his preaching and whether it is in accordance with the word of God and also ask God whether the person is really called by Him. God will definitely give you an answer. Don’t rely on man to give you the answer.

In concluding the series, I paste an article by the world renowned Bible scholar and a prominent lawyer in New Zealand, Bill Subritzky, who led a team of seven of his church members to Lagos to examine the ministry of T.B. Joshua. Read below

Bill Subritzky

As an evangelist who has proclaimed the gospel of Jesus Christ in many nations for the past 30 years and operated in the power of the Holy Spirit, I can assure you that the healings that we were received were not the work of hypnosis and shamanism. Why don’t you go there yourself and check the situation out?

You say that on your Truth Watch website there are articles by leading Christian apologists and teachers who have been to Joshua’s church and tested what he teaches and does against the bible. I can find no such apologists and teachers upon your website. To the contrary, on websites such as http://www.carmel-uk.org/stoke_report.htm there are testimonies of some of those who have been there, who have seen healings and confirmed that this is the work of God. [Note: Carmel Ministries International have approached Truth Watch, and have informed us that they no longer endorse the Ministry of TB Joshua. Therefore the link referred to by Bill Subritzky no longer exists on their website]

You mentioned Joshua’s statement that he was born with a gift of healing and you say that no gift of the Spirit is bestowed at birth. In 2 Timothy 1:5 Paul recalls a gift of faith that was first in Timothy’s grandmother Lois and in his mother Eunice. John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Spirit even from his mothers womb (Luke 1:15). They were obviously born with this gift of faith. In my own family five of my sixteen grandchildren have the same gift of faith as did my own mother. How can you say that God cannot grant gifts that go down through the generations?

In Jeremiah 1:4-5 God said about Jeremiah who was a herdsman “I said that before I formed you in the womb I knew you. Before you were born I sanctified you, I ordained you a prophet to the nations”.

You quote Joshua as saying that he claims to separate the sheep from the goats. In actual fact in commenting on identifying false miracle workers and the genuine ministers of God he says “I think we should leave that one to God who will separate the sheep from the goats at the appointed time”. That was his comment.

In regard to your comment that he says that the “divine in him appears to people in their dreams”. Joshua’s reply is that this is gross misinformation and most misleading. He has never said anything like that. He points out Jesus Christ is omnipresent, the Holy Spirit is omnipresent “where shall I go from the Spirit, where I can flee from your presence” (Psalm 139:7). This is what he is referring to and not himself.

In Acts 19:11-12 it states that unusual miracles occurred by the hands of Paul so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were bought from his body to the sick and diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them. In the 30 years of my own ministry I have seen this happen many times. Furthermore I have seen it happen when I have prayed over other articles of clothing. God is not limited. Jesus Christ spat on the ground to make mud to heal the blind. Elijah instructed the leper to go to the River Jordan to be washed and be cleansed of his leprosy. By the rod of Moses waters were turned into blood, the frogs came on the land of Egypt, lice filled Egypt. The mantle of Elijah divided the waters, and in the hair of Samson there was power. When the angel stirred up the water in the pool of Bethesda whoever stepped in first was healed in the waters. There was power on the hem of Jesus’ garment. Why should there not be power in water which has been prayed over by Joshua?

Accordingly when Joshua prays over the water and people drink it, it is not surprising that massive deliverance occurs as the power of the Holy Spirit flows. You call it all sorts of disorder and say that disorder should be foreign to God’s people. Obviously you have overlooked Acts 8:6-7 “And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed.” There was plenty of disorder there when the unclean spirits came out of them.

You refer to the fact that he calls fire from heaven and mention Revelation 13:13. However, this scripture says satan makes fire come down from heaven in the sight of man. Joshua is not doing this. In Matthew 3:11 we are told that Jesus will baptize us with the Holy Spirit and fire. Obviously it is reference to spiritual fire and not physical fire. Again in the ministry of deliverance, I have called fire down by the power of the Holy Spirit, tremendous manifestations and have taken place and demons have left people.

You ask me to exegetically review various scriptures most of which refer to false prophets and false signs and wonders as well as the preaching of another Jesus and leading people into error. As I said already our group went to Nigeria to thoroughly test what we had already seen on the videos and heard about Joshua.

While we were there we heard the name of Jesus Christ being constantly raised up, as well as the need for repentance and salvation. We heard dozens of testimonies from people who had repented and who had come to Jesus Christ, sin constantly preached against and the people exhorted to go and sin no more. In Joshua we found a man of humility, dedicated to the work of the Lord and operating in the power of the Holy Spirit. We saw the fruit of the Holy Spirit in the lives of the thousands attending there. As we spoke to many of them we found people disciplined in their study of the bible, exhibiting the love, joy and peace of the Holy Spirit. The presence of God pervaded the place.

Another brother and myself spent an hour with Joshua going over his doctrine and thoroughly satisfying ourselves concerning it. Before leaving he prayed for all members of our team and since then we have all known an even greater anointing of the Holy Spirit and the presence and power of God in our lives.

On the basis of what we have personally seen and heard as opposed to hearsay evidence, we clearly state that he is not a false prophet, nor a shaman but a true man of God. We have seen the evidence both in his approach to scripture and the fruit of the ministry.

In 2 Timothy 3:3 and 5 we read that in the last times there will be those who are slanderers having a form of godliness but denying the power of God. We are told to turn away from such people. This is a warning to us all not to deny the power of God. If we are going to judge other ministries let us not rely on hearsay evidence and prejudice but rather go to the person themselves and hear what the Lord has to say about them.

In Matthew 7:1 onwards we are warned by Jesus not to judge that we be not judged. Before we entered into judgment on Joshua we went and looked and listened for ourselves. We commend this course of action to you.

Eight weeks ago a man was raised from the dead when Joshua prayed for him at the Church of the Synagogue. The whole event was videoed at the time and this video is now available.

The prime accuser against Joshua has been a former pop musician turned preacher called Chris Okotie. He has published many allegations which are complete falsehoods. Other critics of Joshua have picked up on these allegations and circulated them around the world.

Attached you will find the report of the Religious Monitoring Board of Lagos. This Board made a request to the Lagos State Government and Federal Government of Nigeria to investigate the allegations made against Joshua by Reverend Chris Okotie and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria. This revealed that there was no such substance in the allegations and the Government pronounced a verdict of innocence.

The government then issued warnings to Reverend Okotie and his Pentecostal Fellowship group to desist from their falsehood, unfounded, mischievous and malicious attacks, laden with blatant lies against Joshua.

You will note that the Religious Monitoring Group has monitored the Church of the Synagogue since 1993 and found nothing unusual or unbiblical in the practice, doctrine, teaching and made of worship of the church. It commends the life of Joshua as worthy of emulation and states that his anointing is of absolute righteousness and holiness which many of the Nigerian Pentecostal churches lack.

Reverend Okotie’s wife is now filing for divorce because of his adultery.

It is clear that this report is a complete vindication of the ministry of Prophet Joshua.

I am attaching a report from a leading Dutch theologian Professor Willem Ouweneel who holds doctorates in biology, philosophy and theology. He lectures in Universities in Switzerland, Holland, South Africa and Germany. Contrary to the commentators whom you quote, he has in fact visited the Church of the Synagogue and you will find that even though he comes from a brethren background he is totally supportive of T.B. Joshua and vindicates his theology.

We would also refer you to www.theremnant.com  On this website you will find unequivocal proof from an independent commentator of the healings from HIV and other conditions at the Church of the Synagogue through Prophet Joshua.

There are 15 videos available showing the ministry of Joshua and various healing miracles. As I have already said, they are available on my website www.doveministries.com where you will find details of these videos. Anybody interested in the ministry of Joshua should watch these videos to arrive at their own conclusion.

God Bless

Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria Secret Exposed On TB Joshua

After our articleWar in the Church, Many against TB Joshua Part 1 and Part 2 was published, thousands of people wrote to us thinking we are SCOAN and wanted to know why we took so long to respond to some of the disturbing allegations made by some Pastors in Nigeria against TB Joshua.

Editor’s note:

We wish to inform all our readers that Watching TB Joshua has nothing to do with the SCOAN. We are individuals operating from Canada, USA, and Holland. To know more about us please check the about us page

In this article we are featuring a Pastor Chidi Daniel a member of the Pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria, begging Prophet TB Joshua for forgiveness. Many may wonder why but the truth is “where there is no guilt there is no apology”

If we cherish evil thoughts, the LORD God will not hear us. And when we stand praying, if we have anything against anyone, forgive them; so that our Father in heaven may also forgive our offenses. Listen to this pastor’s confession in asking for forgiveness to the Man of God. Watch and be set free In Jesus’ Name.

We shall publish other members of the Pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria shortly

Did TB Joshua predict the worldwide protests – critics ask- a review!

From the editor:

Just came across the article below and would like to share it with you.

In our Last post we made a statement openly soliciting for what TB Joshua’s critics, who think His prophecies always involve simple binary outcomes, had to say on the uncanny precision of TB Joshua’s prophecy of the world economic depression and particularly, the Nigerian protests, quite surprisingly (because of their long-term morbidity), we got our response on a reputed scoan critic site, and guess what? It turns out that they no longer believe His prophecies ALWAYS involve simple binary outcomes, but they now believe it to involve “News reading”. Clearly ruled by dubious inconsistencies, they quickly reverted to the “News option” when it became clear that the “simple binary outcome allegation” was a lie, let’s take a look at their fresh opinion in their new post which they backdated by two days (I know because I subscribed to their blog and got an alert of the new post on the 16th but its dated 14th on their blog) alleging TB Joshua’s prophecy to be a function of News reading: According to these TB Joshua Critics,

His prophecy was delivered on the 16th of October 2011, and On the 15th of October 2011, Reuters reported that tens of thousands of demonstrators staged rallies in hundreds of cities around the world, including Auckland, Sydney, Hong Kong, Taipei, Tokyo, São Paulo, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, and many other cities.

They summed up their criticism by saying:

SCOAN have recently released and widely publicised a video claiming that TB Joshua predicted the worldwide protests we are currently witnessing. Sorry TB Joshua, while your advice is good, the prediction of worldwide protests doesn’t count as prophecy, it’s just news reading.

Now they’re sounding totally absurd, illogical and highly disappointing, they cunningly turn the prophecy to an issue of “protests’ and not the “economic depression” which TB Joshua really emphasized. TB Joshua never said world-wide protests were Just starting on October 16th 2011, Neither was the official video SCOAN released tagged TB Joshua predicts the world-wide protests; it was tagged: Economic depression Prophecy 2012, In other words He was only speaking further on the economic depression he prophesied back in 2008, but then added that at that time, (October 16, 2011) the world had only seen 30% of the crisis, leaving a whopping 70% yet to be experienced.

We have only seen 30% of the crisis - TB Joshua (October 16, 2011)

Meaning he well acknowledged in the October 16 prophecy that the crisis had begun, yet emphasized that we have not seen anything yet, He was clearly speaking of the scale of the problem ahead which no News report can give for certain, the News media only report the happenings in the present. I guess these critics should take another look at that video now cos it seems their cynicism is blinding them to obvious facts.

Look at the title of the Official Prophecy Video SCOAN released again, it doesn’t talk about the prediction of “worldwide protests” but “economic depression in 2012″, deceptively talking about the protests alone while ignoring the economic depression is Just picking a tree in the forest to blab about, these critics should at least get their facts straight before making press releases, If they’re talking of the prediction made in 2011 being a function of news reading, are they forgetting the prediction made early 2008 on the worldwide economic depression to strike the world like a plague?

The choice of TB Joshua’s prophecies they use to attack his prophetic prowess is highly selective for a start, why don’t they take on the Nigerian Bombings predicted two years ago or the 2011 Nigerian election postponement prophecy? Why didn’t they use these as a standard to measure against? That alone raises a red-flag that there’s some sort of catch to their so-called expose’s on TB Joshua.

Notwithstanding, in 2008, the prophet did make it clear that his prediction of the economic depression was a long-term prophecy, not immediate. And at that time of making the Prophecy of the Nigerian Protest, such an event happening in Nigeria dominating world news headlines seemed like a farce and very unlikely. What is wrong with these people? Pointing to such detailed prophecy of the Nigerian Protests as News reading, what news report furnished us with the details of TB Joshua’s October 16 prophecy? Certainly not the Reuters News report they provided a link to.

TB Joshua did not only talk about protests, he also explained in the same prophecy that the world was only witnessing 30% of the crisis at the time, economic depression swallowing up terrorism in 2012, currency devaluation – especially of the euro, countries not having enough money to buy oil, a law that would limit the amount of money people can move and so on. Which news report gave any of these details?

Nigerian Protests; sparked up by a 100%+ increase in fuel prices

If they could dig up a Reuters report that talked up a protest taking place in Rome, (hundreds of thousands of miles away from Nigeria) how does that automatically translate that such would happen in Nigeria judging by the fact that Nigeria has never in its history experienced anything of such? This is the classic guilt by association fallacy they use in deceiving people about TB Joshua, even in regards to healings and miracles which we’ve addressed in earlier posts, listen to how they expanded on their ad hominem fallacy on this prophecy;

At this point, his supporters will be quick to point out that he also mentioned protests in his home land of Nigeria, and those have only recently started. However, when taken in the wider context of worldwide protests spreading country to country, and the economic and political climate Nigeria was already in, it would be more remarkable if street protests didn’t happen!

Did they just say; It would be more remarkable if street protests didn’t happen in Nigeria over three months ago? What in the world warrant expectancy of protests in Nigeria? Nigeria has since been in a sordid economic and political climate since independence, and that never resulted in protests, What fueled such expectancy when such has never happened in Nigeria’s history? Even if wall street protests did happen overseas, it could have very possibly not spread to the shores of Nigeria and People would be calling TB Joshua a prophet of Doom, because that of Nigeria was sparked of by a 100%+ increase in fuel costs, not because of the circumstances that led to protests in all other Nations, even the Reuters report they alleged was the source of TB Joshua’s prophecy said some were disappointed the crowd was not larger and the protests were Not As Large As they had Hoped, adding that “People don’t want to get involved” so there was even a greater prospect of the protests in Nigeria not happening than otherwise.

*Ad Hominem: An association fallacy is an inductive informal fallacy of the type hasty generalization or red herring which asserts that qualities of one thing are inherently qualities of another, merely by an irrelevant association.

Continuation of  War in the Church, Many against TB Joshua Part 1

Ayo Oritsejafor, president of the P.F.N, again on the issue of T.B. Joshua and who tutored him to become a pastor, had this to say:

‘Jesus did not say by their words you will know them; he said by the fruit you shall know them’. Every Nigerian by this time would be able to discern a good fruit from by a bad one’.

In terms of modesty, humility, love for fellow man, good deeds, and including comments on national issue, you will

AK 47

know who is Christ-like and the one who is made up of falsehood. On the issue of Boko Haram, while TB Joshua was saying we Christians do not defend ourselves because we have a defender – the Holy spirit, Ayo Oritsejafor was calling on Christians to defend themselves because the government seemed incapable of defending them, he even made no reference to the holy spirit, or support his advice with scripture, in other words, while one of them was concerned with the unity of Nigeria, the other was fanning the flames of war. Come to think of it, with Ayo’s advice to Christians on self-defense, with what should Christians defend themselves? Is it with Holy water, Crucifixes or Bibles? He said it so casually; Christians defend thy self!!!.  How? To go to church with a pistol in their pockets? or perhaps AK 47 in their babaringa? (African traditional wear)  Did he really mean we should use guns and swords?

Our Lord cautioned us against that, “No more of this,” Jesus said to Peter (Lk. 22:51) and then, further, this was what Jesus proceeded to say – as Matthew records it – “‘Put your sword back in its place,’ Jesus said to him, ‘for all who draw the sword will die by the sword’. Ayo, let love reign and seek to always pray for your perceived enemies. CAN need to be very careful in their advice so that is not taken as a call for Christians to start killing non-Christians. a concerned Nigerian commented on this issue by saying that from Ayo’s response on the Boko haram issue, He seems to forget that as Christians , we all have a “dark side of the soul” that is waiting to be used by the devil. CAN should not blind to see that a religious war in Nigeria is just what Bork Haram and the forces of the devil want and no matter the situation CAN should not allow themselves to be used by the forces of evil. The love of God in our hearts will not allow us shed the blood of sinners that we pray and seek to convert. In due time, members of Boko haram will become born again Christians, preaching the gospel all over the world. St Paul is an example.

I thought Ayo being the president of the P.F.N was capable of summoning all the opinion leaders in Nigeria, including both Christians and Muslims and other religions to build bridges towards peace than rather adding more fuel to flames. The issues are well launched. Who do you think bears good fruit worthy of emulation?

On corruption in Nigeria, Ayo, had this to say, “You know, in Ghana, Rawlings shot them. But we can’t do that in Nigeria. So we are praying that those who refuse to change, God should kill them, they should die. Because there are some people, if they don’t die, Nigeria may not move forward. So we are praying that such people should die. God should kill them. God can kill. God makes a life, and God kills too. So there are some people who may have to die, some structures God may have to destroy to move Nigeria forward. ”(See clip on YouTube –

So, here is Ayo talking about corruption in Nigeria but has forgotten to address the filth in the church, the extortion of the gullible by pastors of his like which is akin to corruption on the national scale. As Emerson will say on such issues, ‘a foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of simple minds”. Here is a man who sees everything wrong about his nation and people but fails to examine himself inwardly and his shortcomings. Luke 6:42 sums Ayo’s character, ‘How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. Again, Ayo, seek love and not vengeance. Why has killing our enemies become a phenomenon in charismaticism? Can’t we ever pray for our enemies to change their way of thinking and to reform? Let love lead instead of hate.

Tunde Bakare
Chris Okotie

On Chris Okotie and Ladi Thompson, the least said, the better for us all. On Okotie, he can only be described as an opportunist hiding behind the veil of Christendom to propagate his political views. In fact he is a politician. A pop star turned televangelist; there is nothing new about him. An expert on controversies, he peddles in rumour and lies to discredit men of God he seems not to like. He is an attention seeker without anything to offer Nigerians. He masquerades as a man of God to draw attention to himself. As a man on an ego trip, he has dabbled as a student of law, pop star, a law degree holder and a flamboyant televangelist. To him what he conjectures becomes a reality and goes to the extent of placing it in the public domain. This is what he has done in the case of T.B. Joshua. Chris and Tunde Bakare in this regard are the same. Tunde, when he is ‘belly full’, comes out with cock and bull stories of visions he has had from God about other pastors, all with the purpose of denigrating them and projecting himself as the ‘holier than thou’ pastor, seer and politician in Nigeria. St. Bakare! Tunde and Chris have not met T.B. Joshua, not spoken to him nor dialogued with him, yet they destroy him. What is their mission then? Is it to fight for God? Tunde Bakare for all intent and purpose is a walking contradiction, populist and opportunist. He predicted the demise of Obasanjo and never came to pass, he referred to Buhari as the passing phase or one rejected by God yet he partnered him as Buhari’s running mate in the last election. This is simply not a man of God. He is a populist and a dangerous person and must be seen for what he is, looking for the slightest opportunity to jump on. He does not hear or see visions from God. His is trickery of the highest order.

Last, but not the least, is Ladi Thompson, a confusions’ with a political colorization who displays a coffin on his altar and in his office with inscriptions like kill corruption etc. He is the originator of the confused ‘omoluabi’ concept which he explains is a way of fighting and stopping corruption in Nigeria. The fact is, what has he done in fighting corruption in his own small way?

Rev. Thompson
Bisola Johson

him, and sponsoring ex-disciples of Prophet T.B. Joshua in the publication ‘of the deception of the ages’ by Agomoh and Bisola and selling it for over 40 dollars a copy. To Ladi, the gospel of love does not exist. He’s the type who gives a ‘dog a bad name and hangs it’ to satisfy their parochial needs. This is the mentality of an ungodly person. He believes in the African syndrome of ‘I don’t know him but have to destroy him’, period! Where is the love we hear so much in 1 Corinthians 13:13. Has that escaped him?

We need men of impeccable character, consistent and God fearing, people who could be called sons of God, made up of love.

WHO THEY WERE WATCH THEIR PAST!

BBC And SKY Bias Report On TB Joshua And SCOAN – AN EXPERT’S REVIEW

Editor’s Note:

In view of the fact that so many people still seem to believe the liberal bias Journalism of BBC and SKY news on SCOAN, We’re making this post to revisit the issue and also as a Tribute to a regular commenter on TB Joshua watch who goes by the alias Ironclad, and works in an investigative/audit field involving white collar crime in the State of New Jersey, we with this post present collated excerpts from his comments throughout TB Joshua watch which are as insightful as they are revealing and are facts too important to be at the bottom of many comments on TB Joshua watch. Apart from exposing the hidden agenda behind the BBC and SKY news report on SCOAN, he also laments how too many cessationists would rather leave God in the fridge of their unbelief, with miracles abounding and the gifts of the Spirit shining in third world countries.

BBC and SKY report On SCOAN – “The Hidden Agenda”

The BBC news report mentions a Jane Iwu (I don’t fail to notice the ‘Jane’ part of Doe) who “knows of a friend.” No name. No dates. There’s also mention of a “second woman from east London who told of a friend.” Notice, an unnamed woman tells of another unnamed woman. Both accounts are hearsay and thus not good admissible evidence. Where’s the third alleged victim? Can we really say with full confidence that these are worthy evidences to justify such a firm conclusion as the heading of the report proclaims? That’s misleading. Guilty until proven innocent is not a good Christian practice; but then again, who said these liberal news agencies are in favor of Christianity to begin with. News reporting should be more responsible than that. Maybe that’s why respectable news agencies like the AP have not picked up on it. We should not let bias blind us away from what is honest and true. If what they say is true, then the perpetrators are liable for manslaughter, at least? This indeed has all the trappings of an indictable offense. Have the police been conducting an investigation? Are there lawsuits pending? I know Great Britain has a very severe judicial system. And the President of Nigeria would not allow one of its citizens, whom he personally knows, to get away with this. It is not good for the nation or his political reputation. I don’t need to travel to a faraway country to realize that in every church and in every movement there will always be those who will stir the waters of controversy because of envy or because something that has been done against them. There will always be opponents. Such reality we also find in the Bible. Christian history is filled with it.

BBC report on SCOAN - based on "An unnamed woman's testimony to another unnamed woman" - Faceless and nameless allegations offering nothing to track!

Let’s go back to that BBC report again. The report states: AHPN said it believed the Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), which has UK headquarters in Southwark, south London, MAY BE one of those involved in such practices.” (Note the capitals) According to the above, they don’t even know if SCOAN is implicated. The mindtry MAY BE involved in the practice. So much for nothing. No wonder none of the leaders have been indicted or investigated by police. Look who the churches in Britain are dealing with in this controversy. A closer look at one of the accusers >>> “Emmanuel admitted he suspects he may have passed HIV onto his boyfriend” [http://news.sky.com/home/uk-news/article/16117269]. Talk about not changing your lifestyle and repenting from your sin of homosexuality and yet wanting God to heal you. Since in the Western world AIDS still attacks gays disproportionately, of course it is not a long jump to conclude that some in the gay community will have their radars open and their claws ready for tearing its prey with on this one. After all, ILGA and similar LGBT groups are increasing their efforts to bring down all things religious and if it could, destroy Christianity itself, the vanguard of so-called hostilities against them. Funny that many professed Christians are joining their efforts as the Devil pounces on. We cannot deny the fact that AIDS disproportionately affects gays in western countries. And we cannot pretend that there is not a homosexual agenda out there looking to destroy the church, or at least that sector of Christianity that disagrees with their lifestyle and calls it a sin. Have you been aware of the latest activities of the pro-gay movement in its attempt of dismantling established Christian traditions and values? We have one of the accusers, Emmanuel, in the Sky News report, who’s complaining that he might have given the virus to his boyfriend after, presumably, thinking that he was already healed. What??!! That sounds so preposterous and disingenuous. The gall of this man!! Instead of changing his sinful ways and turning back from the sin of homosexual sex, this malcontent has the audacity to point fingers at God and his servants for not having his miracle as was promised so that he could go ahead and keep on enjoying his sodomizing escapades. This is bad enough in itself, but what worries me more is that here we have a group of co-called Christians joining hands with these unrepentant sinners, even with a liberally slanted media, and following the Serpent’s tail without so much looking at the destructive path the filthy animal is leading it to.

Abuse Allegations against TB Joshua – Where Are The Proofs? – or at least News Reports?

Satan remains the accuser of the brethren, working through his agents to accuse God's servants

And about allegations of sex abuse coming from Nigeria, if this is also true, where are the news articles for these also? If a minister is suspected of having committed so serious a crime as sexual abuse, don’t you think the authorities would be on top of this as well as the respective news organizations? respectable news agencies like the Associated Press Especially when SCOAN has as one of its members the President of a nation? News agencies will stop at nothing to cover such juicy sensational stories. But that’s not what we have because it’s just that. Faceless and nameless allegations offering nothing to track. And one more thing about the BBC report. The two anonymous accusers don’t even make a connection with SCOAN. They only say that some pastor or some church had told victims not to take medication. This is the classic guilt by association ploy. I’m not saying the BBC is not credible. What I had problems with was the story of the people making the news. It did not add up and was kind of flaky. To their credit, the BBC journalist did write: “AHPN said it believed the Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), which has UK headquarters in Southwark, south London, MAY BE one of those involved in such practices.” A good way of not putting yourself in the hook. Pretty slick! So don’t let my skepticism of people’s shaky stories stop you from posting relevant news articles, After all, you are compelled to save the world from awful Antichrists like TB Joshua. In that spirit, where are the articles pointing to SCOAN’s sexual abuse allegations? I’m sure with potential crimes like these, it would not be hard to find a juicy story or two, especially when you have hundreds, if not thousands of people out there who are being robbed and abused by Joshua’s ministry and are out to get him.

Why So Much Criticisms against TB Joshua’s Ministry?

Man undergoing deliverance as TB Joshua speaks in keeping with God's power - The current Thorn in the flesh of cessationists

Heresy hunters have been at it for centuries. This is nothing new. Just look at Christian history. Mention Irvington or Kuhlman, for example, and all cessationists and anti-charismatics will come out of the woodwork with nooses and stakes. To cessationists and anti-charismatics, revelatory and other supernatural gifts are just not possible, so if you have them, that automatically qualifies you as a false prophet. Notice how they make much of the 1 John 4:1-3 test, but yet fail to heed its pure wisdom. On this score, TB Joshua passes the test since he acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh and is from God. But that’s not enough to the cessationists. To him, extraordinary displays of supernatural power and revelation makes you an antichrist. Such views operate from an a priori thinking, and it is therefore natural that the charismatically gifted should send them fear because it is a violation of their theological sensibilities.

*Cessationism: In Christian theology, is the view that the miraculous gifts of the Holy Spirit, such as tongues, prophecy and healing, ceased being practiced early on in Church history.

World Hunger in full wake by early 2012 – TB Joshua

TB Joshua’s prophetic ministry has come under the fire of controversy and opposition, some critics believe he randomly throws them out waiting for a time when any world event close to them would occur, a point which is completely nullified by just looking at the sheer number of prophecies on the scoan official website, whilst some who believe he does prophesy accurately, believe it is a product of powers other than that of the Holy Ghost, the surprising thing here is that majority of people in either group stated above, even upon holding such negative views on the source of his prophecies, dread them to the extent that even a false rumored one once halted all the economic activities in a certain province, how come some people believe a prophet false and yet hold his prophetic powers in such high regard? In any-case, its clear that TB Joshua remains undaunted in his prophetic ministry by these doubting thomases, carving for himself a forte in accurate world prophecies , he spoke again Live on Sunday 25th of December 2011, from the SCOAN in Nigeria via his Christian television channel, Emmanuel TV and prophesied of economic hardships to come in 2012, and according to him we brought it upon ourselves, this economic depression soon to come in the Incoming year.

HOW WE BROUGHT IT UPON OURSELVES

Unintentionally spoiling the chrismas celabrative mood the members were obviously in, T.B. Joshua prophesied that the world must be ready for hard times next year (2012) as joblessness and national food insecurity will rise. He stated that for the continent Africa, this is as a result corruption, embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds, he explained that we have not seen the repercussion of all the corruption so far which he referred to as a seed which had been sown but which would sprout out of the heap in the incoming year, and precisely by February ending of the year 2012. The repercussion of the heavy looting and misappropriation of public funds carried out by African politicians would be evident by February ending as the sprouting of a seed sown in the last few years. Whilst the hunger to be suffered by those in the western world was basically as a result of the nations embarking on wars without consulting God for direction. The prophet warns of a worldwide economic depression that would be so bad that it would result in the fall in value of many currencies, including the euro and dollar and this would result in many countries in Europe wanting to return to their own National currency. He advised for every country that would survive the impending economic depression to shift their security vote to agriculture as bombings other great threats to lives and properties would greatly decrease because people would want to conserve the little they have for their daily bread. He also advised that at least half of each countries national budget should be allocated to agriculture and the other half to be shared among the other sectors if any country would survive the coming crisis.

WILL THE WORLD LISTEN THIS TIME?

Prior to the prophetic declarations for the incoming year, TB Joshua explained how all the prophecies he declared for the outgoing year had reached fulfillment ranging from the economic crisis that affected the world to the bombings that occurred in the Nation Nigeria, though unheeded by the governments and politicians usually concerned, his prophecies have always been spot on and it is for this reason that the government of each county need take heed of his advice and not just end on ‘we don’t listen to messengers/prophets of God as government’. this is what would ultimately lead to chaos -refusal to take the way out. this is what TB Joshua himself lamented as he delivered these prophecies, how they are always ignored by those concerned and affected, who yet expected him to do something about them, which he explained by illustrating with a picture of someone in London asking to get his haircut in Nigeria while he remained in London which is clearly impossible.

AN OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER OURSELVES

The prophecy was received with a sad face amidst the SCOAN congregation, as it didn’t at all seem favorable, to cheer up

TB Joshua: advises that everyone returns to Farming
TB Joshua: advises that everyone returns to Farming

the souls of the christian faithfuls present at the church service, TB Joshua quickly read from his list of prophecies, the good thing about this coming economic depression which had saddened the face of the members, he stated that the good thing about the economic depression soon to come is that everyone would be forced to discover himself/herself and be self employed, which seems to be everyone’s dream as people want to be bosses on their own, smiles could be seen beaming from the face of listeners at this message, the prophet further encouraged the members to seriously venture into farming as they wouldn’t regret it, adding that a seminar would be organised by the ministry to guide the prospective farmers in the congregation into this venture as a way to survive the coming crisis.

A LITMUS TEST FOR CYNICS AND SKEPTICS

As we said earlier, TB Joshua’s world prophecies have sparked up so much opposition from critics, cynics and skeptics, rather than embrace such a priceless gift, He is resisted and fought, (this is off the back of a tragedy!), when with the counsel of prophets like him the world wouldn’t at all have dived into this economic crisis, thousands of people should have long evacuated an area before an earthquake occurs, a tornado, tsunami, or fire would strike a place already empty of people. Planes that would crash would not even take off at all etc in the end thousands would be saved. For those critics who still hold the sordid and lob-sided view that the prophecies of TB Joshua are vague prophecies which he throws out from time to time, while waiting until a world event takes place which could arguably fit with the prophecy, what do you have to say about the details of this prophecy and the assurance he gives that it would occur? – to the extent of him providing a way out by asking for more emphasis on Agriculture which is a form of relief for survival? what about those prophecies that relate to a clearly stated event such as football matches, plane crashes, bombings and the rest? do let us hear your thoughts in the comments.

War in the Church, Many against TB Joshua Part 1

When you are called by God and a great anointing is bestowed on you, it becomes a source of jealousy, envy and back

archbishop idahosa
Archbishop Idahosa

stabbing. Many Judases rise from within and outside your own fold to destroy and to tarnish your image. But as it is often said, what people don’t understand, they call names.

It all started when Archbishop Idahosa came out strongly against Prophet T.B. Joshua to the extent of questioning his

Ayo Oritejafor

calling and pronouncing a death sentence on him by saying next year by this time he T.B. Joshua would be no more. Idahosa is known very much for his verbal vituperations and curses but this time the curse rather fell on him. He met his untimely death the year he exactly gave for T.B. Joshua to pass on. Words are powerful and people must be careful in the way they speak or talk. People should refrain at all cost in pronouncing curses on others.

Another Pentecostal big wig and leader of the PFN in Nigeria, Ayo Oritejafor was less charitable, and demanded to know, ‘who tutored T.B. Joshua as a pastor in the first place’. He went on further to say, ‘If T.B. Joshua can show me his pastor who pastored him before he said he was called into the ministry; if T.B. Joshua can tell me when he got converted and how he got converted, then we would consider him. Anybody who is a Christian is a Christian because he received Jesus Christ at a point’.

Pastor E.A. Adeboye

This is quite laughable, does the anointing come from tutors and role models? The anointing comes from God who gives liberally. Indeed, T.B Joshua never attended a Charismatic church pastored by the likes of Ayo, Adeboye and Idahosa but was a member of the Anglican Church where he served God faithfully and The Lord bestowed on him a mighty anointing which has become a source of envy. Thank God, T.B. Joshua was not tutored by the likes of Idahosa and Ayo. They transformed Christianity in to a commercial venture, a multi- business conglomerate with worldwide subsidiaries all with the idea of lacing their pockets with billions of naira to satisfy their insatiable demand for fame and power. To them, the poor did not matter as they believed it is nonsense to remain poor in the mist of plenty. They laid the foundation of the prosperity ministry in Nigeria. Where in the bible did Jesus talk or preach about prosperity? Jesus cared about the poor, sick and the vulnerable in society and he illustrated this by the story of the Good Samaritan.

Adeboye on the other hand had this to say, ‘If he T.B. Joshua wants me to

come and minister in his church, we will sit down; we will discuss the issue of salvation the way I understand it, according to the scriptures. If we agree on that and he now wants me to come and preach the same message of salvation in his church, then I will go.”

Such balderdash! Who made Adeboye an expert on salvation? Holding a doctorate does not make you an expert on

salvation. It is now becoming increasingly clear that those who criticise T.B. Joshua do so because they feel he is not one of them, he is not up to their standard, he has not go a title (Nigerians love titles Dr. Dr. etc) and they do not know where he got his anointing from. If I were them, I would ask God where he got his anointing from. But one thing is certain, they do not hear from God. They are imposters caught up in drama, shouting on top of their voices deceiving many and

Prophet TB Joshua

siphoning monies from an unsuspecting congregation, promising them 24 hour miracles from God. These self styled pastors ride in the latest and most expensive cars on the planet. And the mega rich out of them have jet planes. Where are we heading to? Those who attend their churches do so not because of the salvation of their souls but because they want to enjoy the niceties of life and to be like their pastors.

Networking has become the order of the day among pastors all with the sole idea of associating themselves with mega rich pastors in America to be given the opportunity to preach in their churches and thereby raise monies for their lavish lifestyles. A pastor friend one day said to me ‘after salvation, what else?’ His answer was obvious, riches!

With such mentality, how can you advance the work of God? And they have the audacity to talk about salvation and that they are educated enough talk about such topics.

In part 2 we shall write on the ex disciple of TB Joshua and the lifstyle of TB Joshua.

Boko bombing has come to an end 2012 – TB Joshua

Ayo-Oritsejafor: Lamenting the failure of the Govt. in protecting their rights.

Here is an article from a blog l came across.

So many news reports herald the gruesome tales of the recent bombings in Nigeria, apart from this instilling fear in majority of people, it also creates a great sense of insecurity in regions where these bombings occur, the bombings which happened in Nigeria, clearly stated in recent times were those engineered and orchestrated by the dreaded sect known locally in Nigeria as “Boko Haram

The sect are heavily dreaded and have further dented Nigeria’s image overseas to the extent that the Christian Association Of Nigeria(CAN) President, Ayo Oritsejafor, on returning from a trip abroad confirmed to charisma magazine saying; “Do you know that because of things like these, anywhere Nigerians travel to they are subjected to dehumanizing scrutiny? He must clearly have been speaking from experience here. CNN also quotes him lamenting how the Government betrayed the confidence placed in them by the christian community to protect their rights. According to CNN report, Ayo Oritsejafor was quoted to have said; The Christian community is fast losing confidence in government’s ability to protect our rights”

Pastor Chris Okotie; reported to have canceled his church service for fear of being bombed

In a more serious development, A prominent Nigerian pastor; Chris Okotie was reported to have canceled His new year eve service and directed his followers to pray in the safety of their homes rather than risk being bombed by a fundamentalist sect – a clear indication of how far these bombings have gone in giving Nigerian christian faithfuls and even some of their pastors a feel of Insecurity in their own country.

In any case, from the lot of numerous bombings in Nigeria, the most disheartening of them occurred as the world awoke to commemorate Christmas day, a deadly explosion in a local church marred celebrations for the nation of Nigeria. The brutal attack in the capital of Abuja that left 50 dead and scores more injured.

The motives behind these bombings have been generally attributed to religious differences, the seeming raging war between Muslims and Christians, while many Nigerians hold the view that these bombings are religiously motivated, TB Joshua of the SCOAN doesn’t at all share this view as he made clear in his new year message to Nigerians on the recent Bombings taken place in the nation Nigeria. At The SCOAN, during the Live Candlelight Service, New Year’s Eve, the 31st December 2011, Prophet T.B. Joshua addressed the congregation, the nation of Nigeria and the world at large with a message concerning the new year, 2012. In his own words he said;

“Let me just address my people, Nigeria. The present situation we are in – there is no war between Christians and Muslims. I mean, there is no war between you and your neighbour. I mean, there is no war among neighbours. This is a parable to you. There is no war. The idea of bombing and burning churches is to cause disagreement and conflict between you and your neighbour, to break the commandment and rule which says, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” The idea of burning churches is to cause disagreement and conflict between you and your neighbour, to break the commandment which says, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” If we are not armed for battle, we would fight the wrong battle. Strikes against your neighbour, strikes against your people – this is the wrong battle. Tell the world. I know the whole world is watching. Listen, our situation in Nigeria – there is no war between Christians and Muslims. The idea of burning churches is to cause conflict among neighbours, to break the commandment which says, “Love your neighbour as yourself”. And once the commandment is broken, you are against God. So, there is no war. Love your neighbour. We pray for those who are affected and their people so that God would strengthen them to bear the loss. My message to all: God at all times is assembling for Himself a generation of Spiritual worshippers. Because God is a Spirit, Christ came to declare God to us.

Here’s the Video Of the above message;Bombings of this horrible nature were unheard of but for a few decades ago and have now rapidly developed into perhaps the most common method of terrorism in Nigeria. This dreaded sect known locally as “Boko Haram” have Clearly become a thorn in the flesh of Nigerian Government, With the pace of these attacks quickening , number of breathtaking deaths, and a recent 3 – day ultimatum issued by the dreaded sect to the Nigerian government, It’s no longer news that the Nigerian government is bracing to cope with the imposing challenge in the wake of these attacks, but in the wrong way I’m afraid. The Nigerian president, Good luck Jonathan saw it necessary for a state of emergency to be declared in those parts of the state where the bombings occurred. But fact is, if declaring a state of emergency was all Nigerians had to worry about they’d be damn lucky, truth is there’s more. Despite the country’s present security challenges, we find it very ominous that the Jonathan government has allocated a massive lion share of the budget to security.

President Jonathan – “at the crossroads”

In his speech at the recent formal presentation of this year’s Appropriation Bill to the joint session of the National Assembly, in Abuja, the Goodluck Jonathan administration has allotted N921.74billion to security in the proposed N4.749trillion budget of “Fiscal Consolidation.” This cut of the budget allocated to security is close to 20 percent of the total budget. In sharp contrast to agriculture which only received N79billion. – It couldn’t have been clearer that this 2012 budget is a disaster waiting to happen and it does raise grave concerns, as it is in direct defiance of the advice given by TB Joshua to world governments including Nigeria’s on the way out of the prophesied economic recession to strike the whole world like a plague. As for the current security and bombing concerns in Nigeria which seem to pose so much of a concern now, the prophet in his New year message advised in these words which were also stated in the video above:

TB Joshua; You should not think about the bombing again; think about economic depression.

The burning and bombing that is happening, by January, February, March, everybody will forget about this. But economic depression will take over. Economic depression. You should not think about the bombing again; think about economic depression. Our government too should not because of bombing here and there, vote a huge amount of money from their budget to security. They should vote 50 percent of the budget to agriculture. Whatever bombing will fade away by the beginning of this year. It’s not something to bother about. To overcome this situation, everyone should come together, both security and every citizen. It is not the issue of security alone. Everything that is happening now, I don’t see it anymore on the board. It is just the beginning of this year and everything is over. But think about economic depression. You are a man of faith, a woman of faith. Trials are the soil in which faith flourishes. I’m just telling you what I’m seeing on the board. This will affect the whole world. Economic depression. The currency will be affected. The year of comeback. A comeback is a return to a place of significance, a place that was lost for a period of time. For a period of time, you referred to the Spirit. We often say, “The Spirit of God says this; the Spirit of God says that”, whereas the Spirit of God is not talking to you. Referring to the Spirit and design in the letter – such worship and worshippers will face challenges this new year.”

Here TB Joshua strongly advises that the only way for any country to survive the coming world recession this year, is to make Food production their first priority, shift their security vote to agriculture and allocate at least 50% of all federal budgets to agriculture while the remaining 50% should be shared amongst other sectors, he clearly says in his statement above that these bombings would gradually fizzle out within the first few months as hunger would take over, i also recall him saying on christmas day quite amusingly, that even the bombers wouldn’t be interested in bombing anymore as they too would be hungry, hunger would take over and people would want to save the little they have for their daily bread, the prophet emphasized. If only our governments would listen to the advice of this African Prophet. His prophecies have always been spot on, we would be saving ourselves a lot of harm and injury if we just heed and not just dismiss this scriptural solution with a wave of the hand.

With the current removal of fuel subsidy in Nigeria, complaints from the masses and the current threat to national food security by allocating to it a miniature portion in the budget, it appears that the new year is not at all starting well for Nigerians, Its clear that this is the rule of people who allow circumstances to dictate their direction and not what God has to say about the situation at hand, the Egyptians were saved from the famine because they listened to Joseph, but how would the world be saved if they reject the advice of TB Joshua?

UPDATE: It has come to our notice that this very article has been cited to shame the prophetic prowess of the man in the synagogue. We’re updating this post to clarify the substance of this prophecy which has been deceitfully manipulated by avowed critics of SCOAN to regard it as a failed prophecy. TB Joshua did indeed state that “whatever bombing will fade away by the beginning of this year and that It’s not something to bother about, but in reporting this prophecy, why did they ALSO (in their usual deceptiveness) deceitfully leave out how TB Joshua also warned in earnest that TO OVERCOME THIS SITUATION, EVERYBODY SHOULD COME TOGETHER, BOTH SECURITY & EVERY CITIZEN. It is NOT the issue of SECURITY ALONE.  How can one cite a conditional prophecy and leave out the instructions following it?  Given the above prophecy of TB Joshua, THERE WAS CONDITION ATTACHED TO OVERCOMING THE SITUATION OF THE BOMBINGS IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE YEAR, TB Joshua prophetically advised that EVERYBODY MUST COME TOGETHER; BOTH SECURITY & EVERY CITIZEN, THAT IT IS NOT FOR THE SECURITY ALONE, In other words, he was simply advising that Nigerians come on a round table dialogue (i.e. a conference) on the issue of SECURITY with this sect.  But this was not done then and the result now looking at the current trend of events in the country seems that his word was not fulfilled. TB Joshua himself  knowing the thoughts of those who conceived this evil in their hearts in response  further publicly spoke in his AUGUST 26 MESSAGE 2012 on this Boko haram prophecy, which has been continuously repeated on emmanuel tv till today. He clearly stated in his message that service day that when this boko haram message was given, the terrorism sect were then just a group and the dialogue would have worked which was the will of God as he advised, but when his advice was not heeded and no dialogue ensued, the result of that negligence today is that he longer sees a group but many groups. The sect that initially started this act of terrorism in Nigeria has connected to other groups in other countries that do the same thing. Then, also reacting to the present consideration of dialogue with the groups by the government, the prophet, lamenting on how his instruction was trivialized asked “how many groups will you now dialogue with? Dialogue would have only worked at beginning. But then its good, lets continue dialogue.”

Here is the video:

This is just an unfortunate outcome of disobedience to prophetic instructions,  as Nigeria is no longer faced with just a terrorism groups (boko haram) but many groups following the negligence of the Nigerian government to dialogue with them at beginning. It would therefore be misleading to attribute the continuous terrorism attacks to just boko haram. Many reputed Nigerian news agencies have reported how al Qaeda groups were plotting diverse attacks on Nigeria and this is the outcome of treating a genuine prophet’s words with levity.

TB Joshua watch in psychological warfare. After failing in their bid to run down the man of God they have resorted to cyber psychological warfare by sending a post on the net and subsequently cutting and pasting it on their blog. …….from http://www.nwrain.net/~refocus/ithurts.htmlIt shows they are bereft of ideas and losing the plot. They should do something positive with their lives instead of becoming permanent bloggers.

TB Joshua watch in psychological warfare.

IT HURTS to discover you were deceived – that what you thought was the “one true religion,” the “path to total freedom,” or “truth” was in reality a cult.
IT HURTS when you learn that people you trusted implicitly – whom you were taught not to question – were “pulling the wool over your eyes” albeit unwittingly.
IT HURTS when you learn that those you were taught were your “enemies” were telling the truth after all — but you had been told they were liars, deceivers, repressive, satanic etc and not to listen to them.
IT HURTS when you know your faith in God hasn’t changed – only your trust in an organization – yet you are accused of apostasy, being a trouble maker, a “Judas”. It hurts even more when it is your family and friends making these accusations.
IT HURTS to realize their love and acceptance was conditional on you remaining a member of good standing. This cuts so deeply you try and suppress it. All you want to do is forget – but how can you forget your family and friends?
IT HURTS to see the looks of hatred coming from the faces of those you love – to hear the deafening silence when you try and talk to them. It cuts deeply when you try and give your child a hug and they stand like a statue, pretending you aren’t there. It stabs like a knife when you know your spouse looks upon you as demonized and teaches your children to hate you.
IT HURTS to know you must start all over again. You feel you have wasted so much time. You feel betrayed, disillusioned, suspicious of everyone including family, friends and other former members.
IT HURTS when you find yourself feeling guilty or ashamed of what you were – even about leaving them. You feel depressed, confused, lonely. You find it difficult to make decisions. You don’t know what to do with yourself because you have so much time on your hands now – yet you still feel guilty for spending time on recreation.
IT HURTS when you feel as though you have lost touch with reality. You feel as though you are “floating” and wonder if you really are better off and long for the security you had in the organization and yet you know you cannot go back.
IT HURTS when you feel you are all alone – that no one seems to understand what you are feeling. It hurts when you realize your self confidence and self worth are almost non-existent.
IT HURTS when you have to front up to friends and family to hear their “I told you so” whether that statement is verbal or not. It makes you feel even more stupid than you already do – your confidence and self worth plummet even further.
IT HURTS when you realize you gave up everything for the cult – your education, career, finances, time and energy – and now have to seek employment or restart your education. How do you explain all those missing years?

IT HURTS because you know that even though you were deceived, you are responsible for being taken in. All that wasted time…….. at least that is what it seems to you – wasted time.THE PAIN OF GRIEF

from http://www.nwrain.net/~refocus/ithurts.html what a shame!

Only heard about TB Joshua, don’t know him yet she highly condemns him!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO OUR FAITHFUL READERS!!!

Editor’s Introduction 1

My desire to expose the so called T.B. Joshua Watch family continues unabated. It has been conveyed to me that the attacks have raised eyebrows in certain quarters, about the mentioning of names with pictures attached to it.

Of course, they are entitled to their opinions. But what they should know is, I have disengaged from the SCOAN London branch just like the TB Joshua watch has done by resigning to fight a cause.

As stated in my previous articles, I am only addressing issues raised by people who sent various emails to members of SCOAN UK about their resignation from SCOAN, UK and matters arising thereof. I am not a spokesperson of SCOAN and I don’t intend to be one. I have only taken on the responsibility of investigating what the TB Joshua watch says and also listening to what others are stating and contrasting them with the emails they sent to all members of UK SCOAN.

All the contents of the TB Joshua watch are recycled from the emails sent by those who resigned from the branch, namely Dave and Angie (co- pastors), Karina and husband, Dr John Harderker, Tracey De Sousa, Leon and wife. Like I rightly said, I have a right to a response and I have chosen word press to do that.

Stella’s Story

We feature Karina and Morne van Niekerk as being part of the ‘Southern African collective’ who has been launching scathing attacks on T.B. Joshua. Some even think by mentioning the word ‘apartheid’ or segregation is too strong a word to describe this ‘collective’.

Yes, karina and the husband, on the 19/3/2010, in their email sent to all members of SCOAN entitled ‘Good Bye’, they launched a blistering attack on prophet T.B. Joshua and all that SCOAN stands for. They acted as conduits and prepared the grounds for what Dave and Angie were to say after their pastoral ship had become untenable and they were about to leave. They showered praises on Angie and Dave who were merely at that time preaching recycled messages from the prophet. They never preached anything new. They said (Karina and Husband): ‘I know a lot of you feel the same way as us and is pondering what to do next.  Now is the time to BE the church.  The church is more than just a name or a person.  It is about being the hands and feet of Christ.  It is about being a family and looking out for each other.  It is and has never been about a building, liturgy or any other tradition, but us – those who love Him.  I want us all to be encouraged to look out for each other.  There was a lot of good over the last few years and we all grew spiritually under Dave and Angie’s leadership.  We need to take that with us!

Finally we need to thank Dave and Angie for their input in our lives.  They are 2 of the most solid people we’ve ever met and we owe a great deal of our understanding of and relationship with God to them.  Their dedication and love for us as a church was absolute and inspirational.  We never doubted that.  They have worked tirelessly to build the church and it is very sad to see it being eroded. We wish them only the best with their future.

Question EVERYTHING – it is Biblical.  Trust what you know about Dave & Angie and the Word of God and make informed decisions’.

In a response, one Stella condemned Karina ‘in no small, uncertain and unequivocal terms’. He gave a brief history of the Dutch Reform Church and the brutalities they perpetrated against blacks in South Africa in their policy of apartheid and segregation. He went on to say that ‘there is nothing these guys can teach black Africa’ in terms of pitching Black pastors against T.B. Joshua.

A lot of white South Africans are decent people and there were good guys who fought against the obnoxious regime and we appreciate and respect that but they don’t have the moral right to tell us what is good and bad. We have nothing to learn from Karina and her ilk.

The South African Collective cannot dictate to us. Did their forebears ever question D.D. Malan or Botha? Did they ever help poor black Africans who were dying from squalor and poverty? At least, T.B. Joshua is doing that and he is teaching people to follow his stead.

In Karina and Niekirk’s attack on T.B Joshua and Benny Hinn, she said: ‘The Bible says that when we do charitable works our left hand should not know what our right hand is doing.  Yet TBJ’s charitable works are broadcast the world over for all to see. It begs the question what is his motives for doing these things?  TBJ made many promises re Haiti.  They will be there permanently and will set up a base where there will be nurses and doctors and they are going to adopt x amount of children.  I challenge each of you reading this email to set a reminder in your phone and ask the ministry what is happening about it in 1 year from now.

TBJ is promoting the ministries of people who have been discredited within Christian circles such as Benny Hinn.  Why do that’?

I challenge them to name South African (white) pastors who are credible men of God. Instead of apologizing for the wrongs of the past they go looking for good people to devour. T.B. has played his part in Haiti and he continues to champion the cause of the down trodden in Africa and other parts of the world, even if he sells his portraits to raise money to help needy we are content with that. Anyway, what did white South Africa do for us?

Let these miscreants in the form of this ‘collective’ know that they were not forced to be part of SCOAN, but came on their own accord and therefore they should leave in peace keeping their thoughts to themselves.

The apartheid mentality is still alive in some people. It is not dead.
